ELEMNT - Sync issues and Training Peaks
This is what Wahoo are recommending -

1) Power off ELEMNT
2) Deauthorize TrainingPeaks in the Companion app
3) Restart your phone
4) Power on ELEMNT, pair to the app, and reauthorize TrainingPeaks (also make sure you're logged into your Wahoo account via the profile tab)
5) Connect to WiFi via the Companion App settings page
6) Go into ELEMNT menu > Planned Workouts > Sync


Once you've done this you'll want to hit sort to go over to your scheduled workouts.

Also -

The Training Peaks workout must be created using training blocks and the workout must be scheduled.
